Understanding the product:

Following your request for a quote, we will contact you to confirm specific requirements, prior to selecting a manufacturer / supplier.
Here are some of the things that we may need to know in order to obtain accurate quotations and lead times:

• Full product details with drawings / graphics where relevant
• Packing & presentation details
• Any branding requirements
• Certifications & Safety standards required
• Date product is required
• Quantities required

We are happy to offer consultancy where extended research and development work is required on new product designs

Selecting the Manufacturer / Supplier:

Considering the requirements, qualified manufacturers are identified and details sent to those who may be able to assist us.

We discuss quotes with the manufacturers, confirm their experience in the appropriate markets and check their production capabilities.

A personal visit to the manufacturing unit is carried out to inspect the factory personnel, the manufacturing process and quality control systems. A detailed report is prepared on all visits.

 

Client Approval:

Proposals are sent to you for approval.

Method and cost of shipment; all duty and port dues plus haulage from port to your warehouse (international orders are CIF destination port) are agreed upon.

Estimated time of delivery is also given and confirmed as the information becomes available.

Once the proposals are accepted, then samples are agreed

 

Manufacturing Process:

Production Quality is checked through scheduled inspections of all factory processes with final quality inspection and packaging checks completed under the direction of Supply Made Easy, before products leave the factory.

Personal visits to manufacturing units can be organized.
